After graduating from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2005, Dr. SHEN Lifeng obtained his doctorate in surgery at Southern Medical University. After completing the microsurgical training under Dr. ZHANG Chun, who was the Chairman of the Committee of Microsurgery Branch of Zhejiang Medical Association, he made his efforts in treatment plan optimization of chronic osteomyelitis and repairing and reconstruction of severe limb trauma.

He has mainly engaged in clinical practice and scientific research of hand and foot surgery and repair and reconstruction and related teaching work. He specializes in limb salvage treatment of severe limb trauma, clinical diagnosis and treatment of osteomyelitis, bone nonunion, bone defect and complex soft tissue defect, correction of various limb deformities, treatment of bedsores, diagnosis and treatment of complex hand trauma and lymphedema. As the first author, he has published 4 SCI papers and more than 10 papers in national journals. He has led more than 3 provincial projects and one department-level project and has participated in two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has co-applied for 4 patents and won a third prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of Zhejiang Province and 2 second prizes of the Medical and Health Science and Technology Award of Zhejiang Province.
