Dr. LIU Junhui has mainly engaged in clinical practice, scientific research, and teaching work in spinal surgery, focusing on the surgical treatment of spinal surgical diseases including cervical spondylosis, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar disc herniation, adult degenerative scoliosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, discogenic low back pain, etc.. He is adept at minimally invasive surgical treatment of cervical and lumbar spine, including anterior cervical ACDF, posterior cervical single-door decompression, lumbar OLIF, MIS-TLIF, UBE, transforaminal endoscopic surgery and other minimally invasive surgeries. Dr Liu haslong been involved in the study of degenerative diseases of the lumbar spine, especially on lumbar endplate degeneration of pathological physiological, molecular mechanisms, and the immune microenvironment. He has published more than 21 SCI papers as a first or corresponding author in journals including Spine, European Spine Journal, Journal of Biomechanics, Journal of Anatomy, Osteoarthritis and Cartilage, Experimental and Molecular Medicine, and Journal of Nanobiotechnology.
