In 2010, Dr. NING Lei graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine with a master's degree. In the same year, he began to work in the SRRSH Department of Orthopedic Surgery. He obtained his doctorate in orthopedic surgery from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2019. He has mainly engaged in clinical practice, scientific research, and teaching work in spine surgery, focusing on the diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment of spine diseases, including cervical spondylosis, lumbar stenosis, lumbar disc herniation, adult idiopathic scoliosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, discogenic low back pain, spinal fractures, osteoporosis and osteoporosis-related spinal fractures, etc. He is skilled in minimally invasive surgeries such as anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) under microscope, posterior single-door decompression, oblique lateral interbody fusion (OLIF), minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS-TLIF), and endoscopic spine surgery. He has participated in and led several national and provincial medical research projects. He has published more than 10 SCI papers as the first or co-first author.
