Dr. WEI Qun specializes in breast cancer surgery, thyroid cancer surgery, breast reconstruction, and breast cancer individualized precision therapy. Her clinical practice mainly focuses on providing comprehensive treatment for patients with breast cancer and thyroid cancer. She received her Ph.D. in oncology from a Joint Ph.D. program by University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and Zhejiang University. Besides, She completed her postdoctoral training at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She is serving as the principal investigator or co-investigator for several projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). She has published or coauthored more than 20 papers in peer-reviewed journals, including Cancer Research, Oncogene, and Journal of Molecular Cell Biology. She is also a reviewer of many scientific journals.
