Dr. DONG Minjun specializes in oncological surgery, plastic surgery for tumors and comprehensive treatment for cancer. After completing surgical training under Prof. WANG Linbo and many attendings in the same department, he made his efforts to further expand technique for plastic surgery by participating in the advanced class of Tianjin Cancer Hospital, by continuously communicating with skilled professors from Shanghai Fudan Cancer Hospital and Hunan Cancer Hospital. He also visited Hong Kong University twice to communicate with professors at Li Ka Shing College of Medicine and experts from top medical centers all around the world, such as Johns Hopkins, Harvard Medical School, Karolinska Institute, etc.

Dr. Dong completed a great number of radical surgeries for patients with breast cancer, thyroid cancer, melanoma, skin cancer and soft tissue tumors, gastric cancer, and colon cancer. And he successfully performed hundreds of plastic and reconstructive surgery for skin or breast defects. He is one of the translators of the two famous books, Functional and Selective Neck Dissection and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at 75 years.
