SRRSH offers full service medical care to its international
patients through the International Service Clinic (ISC). At
the ISC we offer healthcare that not only matches the high
quality of care you deserve, but also strives to protect your
privacy and create a healing environment. Located on the fifth
floor of tower three, the ISC is staffed by bilingual nurses
who speak both English & Chinese. When using SRRSH through
the ISC, your primary care physician will be American Board
certified and you will have direct access to our broad array
of experienced specialists. At SRRSH ISC we give you confidence
in your healthcare while you stay in the greater Hangzhou
area.
The ISC has American Board certified primary care physicians
on staff through a sharing agreement with the Genesys Regional
Medical Center, USA. These physicians work on a rotating basis,
practicing medicine and teaching residents, both in the United
States and in China. This system allows us to provide top
quality American primary care, both in medical quality and
in medical culture.

If you need to see a specialist, please speak with our nurse
receptionists to find the field you need. SRRSH has 34 medical
specialties and English speaking doctors from each field are
able to see you.

Dental Implants, Porcelain Crowns & Bridges, Root Canal
Treatments, Orthodontics, Oral Sugary, Intravenous Sedation,
Dental Hygiene, Periodontics, Endodontics, & many other
services.

Our Health Promotion Center has been helping keep our patients
healthy for nearly ten years and has helped pioneer preventative
health care in the Hangzhou area. We built our center around
the concept of comprehensive testing delivered within an exceptional
environment and the results are a peaceful environment where
we are able to minimize hundreds of patients¡¯ health risks every
day.
As a medically-based health center, our mission is to enrich
your life by helping you develop an active, healthy life-style
which will allow you to achieve optimal health. There are two
scheduling options: a daytime program, and an overnight program.
We offer several types of programs, each including a physical
examination by a physician and the laboratory services and tests
that are required to evaluate your current state of health.
We provide a payment station that will include billing for all
the services used through the ISC. We have billing arrangements
with many international insurance companies which can save you
the time of paying and then filing a medical claim to your insurance
yourself. We ask that you pay your bill in full at this station
at the end of your appointment.

Please be aware of the following
If you are need urgent medical service outside of the ISC¡¯s
normal hours (8:00am - 4:30pm), please proceed to the SRRSH
emergency room, open 24 hours during all days, on the floor
level of tower one. English is not universally spoken at the
emergency room but care will be given as soon as possible regardless.
SRRSH ISC¡¯s family practice physicians and dentists will gladly
treat your children. We are fully equipped to care for your
children just as your family doctor and dentist do. However,
we do not have a pediatric specialty department or inpatient
services for pediatrics. Please ask our nurse receptionists
if you have any questions regarding our services for children.
SRRSH inpatient services are held to a high standard and we
will treat you with utmost care. Still, you must be aware that
many members of our large inpatient staff are not bilingual.
Many speak only Chinese, and it may be more comfortable for
you to have Chinese speaking friends or family accompany you.
Although our ISC services are created especially for international
patients, all patients may freely choose any point of entry
to use the hospital¡¯s services. Both our basic outpatient &
VIP options require use of Chinese and will usually have a longer
wait to see the doctor.
