During your stay at SRRSH, you will be hosted either in an apartment complex (Foreigners Residence) or the Resident’s building which are both located on campus.
The Foreigners’ Residence is designed to house foreign consultants/visitors to SRRSH. Each one- or two-bedroom apartment has a living room, dining area, and a small kitchen area, apartments are fully furnished. There is an apartment-size refrigerator and a hot plate that has limited cooking capabilities. Medical students will be charged 1500RMB (roughly $200 US or £100) a month to stay in the Foreigners Residence.
The Residents’ Building is an economical place for new graduates/residents. Each room has internet access, two wardrobes, two desk and two beds. Heating and air conditioning is provided. You will be expected to share the room with another roommate, toilet & shower facilities are communal. The cost for one bed a month is 500 RMB (roughly $70 US or £35).
